intersight.getMonitoringHealthStatus
Explore with Pulumi AI
High level, aggregated status of Intersight components for a given Intersight account user. Meant to inform the user if there’s an issue with Intersight components that needs her attention. At this point, Aggregated status is reported for ‘Licensing’, ‘Advisories’ and ‘Alarms’ components. Specifically designed to be easily consumed by external dashboards to display an at-a-glance status of Intersight components. This conforms to the health data API schema published as part of Cisco PlatformSuite.
Using getMonitoringHealthStatus
Two invocation forms are available. The direct form accepts plain arguments and either blocks until the result value is available, or returns a Promise-wrapped result. The output form accepts Input-wrapped arguments and returns an Output-wrapped result.

Supporting Types
GetMonitoringHealthStatusAncestor
- AdditionalProperties string
- ClassId string
- The fully-qualified name of the instantiated, concrete type. This property is used as a discriminator to identify the type of the payload when marshaling and unmarshaling data.
- Moid string
- The unique identifier of this Managed Object instance.
- ObjectType string
- The fully-qualified name of the remote type referred by this relationship.
- Selector string
- An OData $filter expression which describes the REST resource to be referenced. This field may
be set instead of 'moid' by clients.- If 'moid' is set this field is ignored.
- If 'selector' is set and 'moid' is empty/absent from the request, Intersight determines the Moid of the resource matching the filter expression and populates it in the MoRef that is part of the object instance being inserted/updated to fulfill the REST request. An error is returned if the filter matches zero or more than one REST resource. An example filter string is: Serial eq '3AA8B7T11'.

GetMonitoringHealthStatusCategoryStatus
- AdditionalProperties string
- CategoryLabel string
- Name of the category for which status is being reported (for e.g. 'Licensing', 'Advisories').
- ClassId string
- The fully-qualified name of the instantiated, concrete type. This property is used as a discriminator to identify the type of the payload when marshaling and unmarshaling data.
- Deeplink string
- Link to the corresponding category specific page in Intersight to get additional information and troubleshoot. for e.g. 'Alarms' category would have the deeplink as 'https://intersight.com/an/cond/alarms/active'.
- Details string
- Additional information regarding category status that may be displayed in UI related to the category status. Optional and currently unused.
- ObjectType string
- The fully-qualified name of the instantiated, concrete type. The value should be the same as the 'ClassId' property.
- SourceId string
- Additional parameter to be used for traceability and troubleshooting, currently unused.
- Status string
- Aggregated status of the category being reported. For e.g., a given Intersight account might have a combination of high and low severity Advisories applicable to managed devices. However, even if one of the devices is impacted by a high severity Advisories, the category status is reported as 'critical'.- Unknown- The current status for the respective category cannot be determined. This may be due to some intermittent issue or due to the fact that the user making the request does not have appropriate privileges/entitlements for the concerned category.
- Critical- The Intersight account is impacted by a high severity issue for the applicable category that will need to be addressed immediately. for e.g. critical status for 'Advisories' category would mean that the Intersight account is impacted by an urgent field notice or a vulnerability with high severity level.
