intersight.ResourceGroup
Explore with Pulumi AI
A group of REST resources, such as a group of compute.Blade MOs. A ResourceGroup can contain static members which are specified as a set of object references, or it can contain dynamic members, which are specified through OData query filters. A Resource can be part of multiple resource groups.

ResourceGroup Resource Properties
To learn more about resource properties and how to use them, see Inputs and Outputs in the Architecture and Concepts docs.
Inputs
In Python, inputs that are objects can be passed either as argument classes or as dictionary literals.
The ResourceGroup resource accepts the following input properties:
- AccountMoid string
- (ReadOnly) The Account ID for this managed object.
- Accounts
List<ResourceGroup Account>
- (ReadOnly) A reference to a iamAccount resource. When the $expand query parameter is specified, the referenced resource is returned inline. This complex property has following sub-properties:
- AdditionalProperties string
- Ancestors
List<ResourceGroup Ancestor>
- (ReadOnly) An array of relationships to moBaseMo resources. This complex property has following sub-properties:
- ClassId string
- The fully-qualified name of the instantiated, concrete type. This property is used as a discriminator to identify the type of the payload when marshaling and unmarshaling data.
- CreateTime string
- (ReadOnly) The time when this managed object was created.
- Description string
- The informative description about the usage of this Resource Group.
- DomainGroup stringMoid
- (ReadOnly) The DomainGroup ID for this managed object.
- ModTime string
- (ReadOnly) The time when this managed object was last modified.
- Moid string
- The unique identifier of this Managed Object instance.
- Name string
- The name of this resource group.
- ObjectType string
- The fully-qualified name of the instantiated, concrete type. The value should be the same as the 'ClassId' property.
- Organizations
List<ResourceGroup Organization>
- An array of relationships to organizationOrganization resources. This complex property has following sub-properties:
- Owners List<string>
- (Array of schema.TypeString) -(ReadOnly)
- Parents
List<ResourceGroup Parent>
- (ReadOnly) A reference to a moBaseMo resource. When the $expand query parameter is specified, the referenced resource is returned inline. This complex property has following sub-properties:
- PerType List<ResourceCombined Selectors Group Per Type Combined Selector>
- This complex property has following sub-properties:
- PermissionResources List<ResourceGroup Permission Resource>
- (ReadOnly) An array of relationships to moBaseMo resources. This complex property has following sub-properties:
- Qualifier string
- Qualifier shall be used to specify if we want to organize resources using multiple resource group or single For an account, resource groups can be of only one of the above types. (Both the types are mutually exclusive for an account.).* Allow-Selectors- Resources will be added to resource groups based on ODATA filter. Multiple resource group can be created to organize resources.*Allow-All- All resources will become part of the Resource Group. Only one resource group can be created to organize resources.
- Reevaluate bool
- Set Reevaluate to true to reevaluate the group members and memberships of this resource group.
- ResourceGroup stringId
- Selectors
List<ResourceGroup Selector>
- This complex property has following sub-properties:

- (ReadOnly) Intersight provides pre-built workflows, tasks and policies to end users through global catalogs.Objects that are made available through global catalogs are said to have a 'shared' ownership. Shared objects are either made globally available to all end users or restricted to end users based on their license entitlement. Users can use this property to differentiate the scope (global or a specific license tier) to which a shared MO belongs.

- ClassId string
- Moid string
- The Moid of the referenced REST resource.
- ObjectType string
- The fully-qualified name of the remote type referred by this relationship.
- Selector string
- An OData $filter expression which describes the REST resource to be referenced. This field maybe set instead of 'moid' by clients.1. If 'moid' is set this field is ignored.1. If 'selector' is set and 'moid' is empty/absent from the request, Intersight determines the Moid of theresource matching the filter expression and populates it in the MoRef that is part of the objectinstance being inserted/updated to fulfill the REST request. An error is returned if the filter matches zero or more than one REST resource. An example filter string is: Serial eq '3AA8B7T11'.
